Return & Refund Policy:
Thank you for shopping at Keep It Simple Sports | Tempitrue LLC,
Because our products are print-on-demand and unique to every order, we do not support returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items: If the item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing error, or is not what you ordered, we will gladly offer a free replacement or a refund. Please contact us within 30 days of product delivery with:
Your order number.
A clear photo showing the issue.
Important Notes:
Please do not return the product to the manufacturer before contacting us, as it may not be necessary.
For wrong size/color selection, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Please check our sizing charts carefully before ordering.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
How to Start a Claim
Please reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at info@keepitsimplesports.com with the required photo proof.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
